Tour Manager 

As Tour Manager you lead cast, crew and staff while touring with our production “Cinema of Dreams” in the Netherlands, Austria and France. With your excellent people skills, you manage and motivate a diverse international group while creating a positive and professional working environment.

You are responsible for the practical, logistical, administrative and operational coordination of the tour. In this role, you act as the central point of contact between the touring production, local partners and Head Office, ensuring the production runs smoothly day after day.

What will you be doing  

  • Creating an open, positive, and welcoming atmosphere during the tour
  • Acting as an ambassador for Holiday on Ice while liaising with local promoters, venues, hotel managers and external partners
  • Coordinating communication with governmental institutions regarding visas, work permits and related administration
  • Leading and empowering cast, crew and staff while maintaining structure, discipline and team spirit
  • Resolving operational, practical and interpersonal challenges in a professional manner
  • Ensuring smooth collaboration and workflow between all touring departments
  • Reviewing, coordinating and communicating operational schedules, including travel, accommodation and working hours
  • Managing staff logistics, transportation, lodging and day-to-day requirements
  • Overseeing financial administration, payroll support, settlements and running budgets
  • Maintaining close communication with Associate Producers and departments such as Finance, HR and Marketing at Head Office
  • Upholding company values, policies and professional standards throughout the tour

 What you bring

  • Seasoned leader; at least 3 years of touring experience and/or managing an international production
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide international teams
  • Bachelor’s degree: additional financial training is considered a plus
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel
  • Excellent English  communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Additional languages such as German, Dutch or French are considered a strong advantage
  • Available from November 2026 through April 2027
