Assistant Tour Manager
As Assistant Tour Manager, you are the right hand of the Tour Manager throughout the tour. You help coordinate the day-to-day operations of the production and ensure that our cast, crew and staff have the support they need to perform at their best. From administration and financial tasks, to travel coordination and employee support, you play a key role in keeping the tour organised, efficient and enjoyable for everyone involved.
What will you be doing
- Support the Tour Manager in the daily management of the touring production and take ownership of delegated responsibilities.
- Act as a first point of contact for cast, crew and staff, answering questions and providing practical support throughout the tour.
- Communicate schedules, assist with medical appointments, and provide local information in each touring city.
- Manage administrative processes including employee records, payments, visas and work permits.
- Assist with travel planning, itineraries and tour logistics.
- Maintain production bookkeeping, including day books, expense reimbursements and cash handling.
- Support the administration and financial reporting of merchandise sales.
- Coordinate accommodation arrangements, rooming lists and hotel check-ins together with the Tour Manager.
- Creating an open, positive, and welcoming atmosphere during the tour
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as hospitality, communications, tourism or accounting;
- Good organisational and multitasking skills;
- Quick thinker and problem solver;
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel;
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal. Additional languages as German or French are a big plus;
- Ability to adjust to the international touring environment;
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in a travelling company (touring branch, entertainment) coordinating groups;
- Available from November 2026 through April 2027.
