Assistant Tour Manager

Holiday on Ice is inviting professionals to join one of the most visited and successful live entertainment ice shows in the world! We are now preparing the new season 2025 – 2026 and we are looking for an Assistant Tour Manager.

As Assistant Tour Manager you support the Tour Manager in managing Holiday on Ice production on tour. You perform a broad variety of organizational, administrative and financial tasks.

What are your key tasks?
Assistance in Tour Management

  • Assists Tour Manager in any activity related to managing a touring production and, whenever appropriate, deals with the tasks delegated to the Assistant Tour Manager by the Tour Manager;
  • Supports cast, crew, and staff in their daily needs and enquiries. For example, but not limited to: communicating schedules, helping with doctors’ appointments and hospitals visits, answer questions about health insurance, pay-slips, helping with “out-and-about information” in the new cities on tour;
  • Upholds the company rules and regulations and helps Tour Manager to implement them within the touring environment.

Administration & Financial management

  • Executes administration regarding employee data, payments, visa, work permits etc.;
  • Follows on the work- travel and other itineraries together with the Tour Manager;
  • Executes book-keeping tasks such as production day-books, reimbursements of expenses, cash handling;
  • Keeping a track and accurate accounting of the merchandise sales (together with the merchandise seller);
  • Administering catering financials and bookkeeping.

Transportation and lodging

  • Supports Tour Manager with travel-/lodging arrangements, coordinating rooming lists, check-ins etc.

Which skills and qualifications do you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as hospitality, communications, tourism or accounting;
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills;
  • Quick thinker and problem solver;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel;
  • Excellent English skills both written and verbal. Additional languages as German or French are a big plus;
  • Ability to adjust to the international touring environment;
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a travelling company (touring branch, entertainment) coordinating groups;
  • Available from October 2025 to April 2026.
